The staff are super friendly and helpful and the first appointment that I had was the most thorough I have ever had. After having ongoing issues with my teeth, I have finally found a dentist that is willing to work with my needs. He is detailed in describing all options that I have available to me and offers his professional opinion. Reviewed on October 7th, 2020 • Verified patientI arrived early for my appointment to fill in some paperwork and then a but longer than expected for my appointment to start unfortunately but not a big deal since I get there is a lot to do in between appointments to properly clean and sanitize areas and tools etc. Although this pushed my appointment a big longer, the receptionists, my hygienist and Dr. Brill we’re all friendly polite and informative. She did not seem to be thorough with the cleaning procedures. The dental hygienist was a bit rough during my cleaning however I think she did a very good job at cleaning my teeth - usually after a cleaning I can feel the grooves of the tools with my tongue on the back of my teeth but I don’t feel it at all! My mouth feels super clean. She did get a lot of water from the tools all over my face while cleaning but I’m fine with it now knowing how clean my mouth is :) The dentist wasn’t overly friendly however he seemed super knowledgeable and made a recommendation to an orthodontist that was never recommended from other dentists before so it sounds like he knows what he’s talking about!
