Dr Jashandeep Kaur

Practicing the art of dentistry since 1996, Dr. Jashan Kaur is passionate about providing her patients with quality dental care. Dr. Kaur places a strong emphasis in promoting proper dental care and hygiene by alienating patients’ dental-related fears and anxieties. Dr. Kaur likes to say, “Through good old fashion warmth and friendliness I like to walk my patients through the treatment process. At each step I carefully monitor their reaction looking for signs of anxiety and nervousness and try to help them arrive at their comfort level”. Jashan Kaur earned her Bachelor in Dental Surgery from Magadh University, India in 1996. She then went on to New York University, where she graduated with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery degree in 2004. Dr. Kaur is certified by the National Dental Examining Board, Canada and a full member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO). In addition to Family Dentistry, Dr. Kaur operates an active Orthodontic treatment programme and today Orthodontic makes a significant part of the practice. In her spare time Dr. Kaur enjoys the company of her husband Sanjit and her two beautiful children Shahbaaz and Billawal. When not practicing dentistry Dr. Kaur practices the art of singing classical music for which she has earned numerous awards over the years. Her other regular interests include yoga and horseriding. Dr. Kaur also speaks Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.
