Dr. Liliana Otrocol

Dr. Liliana Otrocol, or better known as Dr. Lili, always aspired to be in the medical field, helping others. It wasn't long after starting her studies that she found her niche in dentistry. Dr. Lili's decision to join our team after graduating from the University of Toronto in 2005 was very easy to make, as she found a practice who shares the same passion as she did. "Dr. Sam and the team really work together to provide the patients with the best service and experience." As Dr. Lili continues to grow in her career, she feels the greatest amount of professional fulfillment when she has successfully guided an anxious or nervous patient through their appointment. From tooth coloured fillings to crown or bridge treatment, and complicated tooth extractions, she makes it her top priority to bring a very personal approach to her dentistry as well as to the team. "Patient care and customer service is extremely important to me," she explains. "Realizing it takes time and effort to earn a patients trust; I am truly committed to making sure they are comfortable, and always leave with a smile!" As an active member of the Ontario Dental Association and the Burlington Dental Association, Dr. Lili stays current on the latest technology and participates in many Continuing education courses. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Lili makes time to travel with friends and family all over the world. .
