Dr. Rusul Albazi

Dr. Rusul Albazi, BDS, MS, AEGD is a highly skilled and dedicated general dentist with extensive experience in both clinical practice and academic settings. She most recently served as Chief Resident in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program at Temple University’s Maurice Kornberg School of Dentistry, where she honed her expertise in advanced dental techniques and patient care. Dr. Albazi earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Al-Mustansiriya University in Baghdad and went on to complete a Master of Oral health Sciences at Temple University. Her academic and clinical training have equipped her with a deep understanding of various dental disciplines, including prosthodontics, periodontics, and oral surgery. In addition to her formal education, Dr. Albazi has pursued numerous certifications, including implant placement and restoration, nitrous oxide, anterior smile design, digital dentistry, Botox and fillers, and cosmetic dentistry. She is also a member of the American dental association, American Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, International Team for Implantology, and Iraqi dental association. Her practical experience spans over a decade, including roles as a general dentist in both private practice and clinical settings in Iraq, as well as research positions at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Albazi’s approach to dentistry is patient-centered, with a focus on providing comprehensive care that addresses both the aesthetic and functional needs of her patients. She is passionate about helping individuals achieve healthy, confident smiles and is known for her meticulous attention to detail and compassionate care. Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Albazi is committed to community service and dental education. She has volunteered her time and expertise to various organizations, including HIAS, UNICEF, and Many nonprofits' clinics.
