About
Following dental school, Dr. Finney moved cross-country to complete a general practice residency at the University of Colorado. During her residency she gained thorough training and hands-on experience in dental implant placement and surgery. She also worked extensively with medically complex patients and received her license in sedation dentistry. Following completion of her residency, Dr. Finney chose to move back to the Western New York region as the area had become home to her during dental school. She has been working in the region ever since, providing high quality and caring dentistry and loving every minute of it. Dr. Finney is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Society, and the 8th District Dental Society. Dr. Finney recently married her husband, Matt, a Lockport native and also a part of the dental industry. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, CrossFit, and patiently awaiting for the Buffalo Bills to make it to the playoffs.

Dr. Jennifer Finney grew up in Poughkeepsie, NY and received her undergraduate degree in psychology at State University of New York at New Paltz. She went on to attend University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, where she graduated salutatorian of her class and became a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. She also traveled to the Dominican Republic where she spent a week providing dental care to an underprivledged population. It was an opportunity that truly reinforced her desire to give back to her community.
