About
Dr. Hu Zhao received a dental degree and practiced dentistry for two years in China prior to coming to the US. In 2011, he graduated with a dental degree from UCLA and has been practicing at Sunshine Dental Group ever since. A member of the American Dental Association, Dr. Zhao received the R90 Trainee Grant award from the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research and he completed additional training in prosthodontics when he lived in China. As a dentist, Dr. Zhao’s goal is to give every patient that walks into the office a beautiful smile at the end of their treatment. In addition to working at Sunshine Dental Group, Dr. Zhao also works as a scientist at the USC School of Dentistry. He is happily married to his wife and is a fashion and wedding photographer in his spare time.
