Dr. Alexander Chung

Dr. Alexander Chung is originally from Hong Kong. He and his family moved to Canada in 1993 and he has been providing dental services ever since. Dr. Chung is married with 3 children. He speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English as well as a smattering of Tagalog. Dr. Chung graduated 1985 as a Doctor in Dental Medicine from The University of the Philippines and received his postgraduate diploma in dental surgery in conservative dentistry at Hong Kong University. He pursued his specialist orthodontic training at Saint Louis University and obtained a graduate orthodontic certificate and a Master's degree of Science in Dentistry. After successfully completing the specialty and fellowship examinations of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, Dr. Chung became a certified orthodontist and a fellow of Royal College of Dentist of Canada. He also has gone a step beyond the ordinary and became a Diplomate of The American Board of Orthodontics. (The only orthodontic specialty board recognized by the American Dental Association and sponsored by the American Association of Orthodontists). Dr. Chung is a fellow of: The Royal College of Dentists of Canada (FRCDC) The World Federation of Orthodontists He is currently a member of: College of Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics American Association of Orthodontists Ontario Association of Orthodontists Ontario Dental Association
