I had a dental cleaning and check up. The staff was really friendly and walked me through every process and answered my concerns about teeth sensitivity. There was Netflix to watch during the cleaning. They had new technology to scan your teeth for a night guard rather than the dreaded dental moulds I’ve done in other dental offices. I was well informed about my dental health. I’m happy I visited Dr. Kwok and her staff!

The location may be hidden however everything was so smooth as you walk in. Accommodating and modern office with the sweetest most professional staff. Highly recommend Dr Patsy and her hygienists. The dental hygienist was a girl called Julien , she’s nice, fast and also detailed. I like her and at the very end Dr Pansy Kwok came check up the rest. Everything went well. One thing I don’t like, it’s there front desk, the receptionist named Tracy. She’s lack of customer service language and manner. I would suggest she might need have some training on her manner skills
