Dr. Monica Malhotra

Dr. Malhotra is our certified “in house” Orthodontist who is a graduate of the University of Toronto, where she received her Master of Science in Orthodontics and her Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. She also holds a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Toronto. Dr. Malhotra spent four illustrious years in Boston earning numerous awards and accolades; she graduated Summa Cum Laude from BU and was elected to membership to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, a designation given to the top 5% of the graduating dental school class. Following her years in Boston, she returned to her home here in Mississauga, to practice general dentistry for two years prior to her acceptance into the highly respected orthodontic specialty training program at the University of Toronto. Dr. Malhotra is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, an active Member of the Ontario Association of Orthodontists and an active Member of the American Association of Orthodontists. She is also an active Member of the Toronto Orthodontic Club, a Member of the Great Lakes Association of Orthodontists, a Member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, an active Member of the Halton Peel Dental Association, and an active Member of the Ontario Dental Association. Dr. Malhotra is also a certified provider of Invisalign, Invisalign Teen and iBraces.
