Dr. Rashbaum’s office visit was quick and welcoming. I barely had to wait to get my checkup done and everything went very smoothly! Probably the best dentist visit I’ve had haha.

The office was clean and doctor was super nice. I got set up pretty quickly. The whole experience was good, no trying to upsell me on unnecessary procedures.

The doctor was very patient and kind and the reception was extremely welcoming and friendly. However, my experience with the tech who did my x-rays were not as pleasant. They kept on insisting on putting the plastic into my mouth in a way that caused it to dig painfully into the bottom of mouth. This resulted in abrasions on the floor of my mouth which turned into sores the next few days.

There was issues with my insurance which I was told the day of my appointment, but they saw me anyway and was on the phone with my insurance. I upgraded to a different plan but it didn’t show up in the system yet. In the future that information should be shared beforehand.
