Dr. Maxwell Silver

Dr. Max Silver is an Ottawa native and graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry with honours. He then completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Alberta and Stollery Children’s hospitals in Edmonton. This is where he gained experience with medically complex patients, trauma, full mouth rehabilitation/smile makeovers, wisdom tooth surgery, implants, grafting, and root canals. He is certified to provide IV moderate sedation and cone beam CTs (3D x-rays).

What are you proud of in your practice?

Dr. Max is excited to bring empathy, laughter, and maybe even a little Elmo to Silver Dental Centre. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Max is a professional voice actor and has worked with the likes of Rogers, Disney, and People’s Jewelry. He puts his impression and puppeteering talents to use for his youngest patients who often need a little dose of Elmo or Mickey Mouse to alleviate their fears.

Wisdom teeth, full mouth implants and makeovers, soft tissue gum grafts and tongue tie release. I love making challenging work easy for the patient.
