Each team member was incredibly knowledgeable and did a thorough job of explaining each part of the process from x-rays to cleanings to examination by the doctor. Reviewed on January 29th, 2020 • Verified patientI went for my first visit today at the Vaksman Dental Group office over at 450 Sutter St. I got to the office about 30 minutes early and the great thing was that all my paperwork was completed beforehand so I did not have to fill anything out. They did not have a lot of patients that day so I was able to start my appointment right when I arrived. The dental assistant gave me my X-Rays and also took pictures of my teeth with this really cool pen. The only negative I have to say about this experience is that the X-Ray portion of the appointment took a really long time--more than it usually takes in any other dental office I've been in (not sure if it was the software or if they were being overly cautious). This was also the first office that I've been to where the actual dentist came in to clean my teeth and check on me. Dr. Kayla L'ebo was really upbeat, professional, and courteous. The dental assistant finished up with flossing and polish. Overall, I don't think there was any hiccups to this appointment and I like the location.
