Dr. Teresa Cody

Dr. Teresa Cody is a dentist in Sugar Land, Texas, along with her husband, Dr. Tim Cashion. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology in 1988. From there, Teresa attended dental school at the University of Texas Medical Center in Houston. She graduated in 1992 and began her dental practice, C & C Dental, which has just celebrated 21 years in business. Dr. Cody is a member of American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, Texas Dental Association, National Dental Association, and the Greater Houston Dental Society. She is the mother of two children. Her daughter, Erin, is 21 and son, Neal, is 17. Neal was born with Down syndrome, and that is when Dr. Cody began studying learning techniques to enhance his capability. She started a non-profit that supports treatment for Down syndrome called the Changing Minds Foundation. Dr. Cody and her husband, Dr. Cashion, also started a Dental Assisting School called ATS Sugar Land in 2013, which is a product of 20+ years of dentistry and efficient learning techniques. When she is not working, Dr. Cody enjoys painting with acrylics, going to garage sales and antique shops, and drinking red wine.
