Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?

I feel education is such an important aspect of dentistry. This starts at the time of the initial exam. Prevention is key so I really try and find a treatment plan that is best suited for each individual patient. I often feel as a profession we don't focus on this enough. In opening this office I really wanted to get back to the basics of overall health and that starts with oral health! I love seeing the confidence that veneers or whitening can bring to a patient but a strong foundation is imperative for long term success!

What are the top 3 treatments that you focus on?

During the initial examination, I focus on treatment planning in a comprehensive manner . The big picture IS important for overall health. We may not get there in a few steps and that is alright. Sometimes it's a marathon, not a race. Usually, we start with prevention and restorations (or fillings). Then, if need be we can focus on more exciting things like cosmetics and invisalign.

What are you proud of in your practice?

I am proud of the fact that our office doesn't feel or seem like a typical dental office. You notice it as soon as you walk in- it feels like a comfortable, chic living room. There are TV's on the ceiling so patients can catch up on some shows and let us focus on the dentistry. Curl up with a warm blanket and leave the rest to us. The goal is for you to forget your even at the dentist!

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I really enjoy both cosmetic cases as well as the challenge of surgery. Having been in practice for over 12 years I have taken many courses to sharpen my skills in those disciplines to provide the perfect balance between health and beauty.
