The dentist office is very clean and decorated nicely. When I entered the office I was greeted by nice receptionist. After I checked in I waited only a few minutes until one of her staff members brought me in to take some x-ray pictures of my teeth. After she was finished she called Dr. Nikki who came and greeted me nicely. Then the Dr. took a look at the x-rays and explained to me what needed to be done. She also showed me the estimated cost my insurance had to pay and the deductible that I have to pay. After confirming my next appointment I was all set. Dr. Nikki is very knowledgeable and friendly. Her staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a very positive experience at this dentist office.

She has the best chair side manor. She is the reason I chose to use Glowing Smiles. Sandra and Jas were as equally professional and caring as Dr. Nikki!

Staff very nice clean office fast gentle friendly atmosphere. I did not feel judged and was not frowned at for being a little behind on coming to the dentist. She had great recommendations and action plan for great mouth care.
